Smile Rain is Singapore based Renovation and Rental company aimed to be top 5% room rental provider with focus on comfort, convenience and affordability. Our property units are located across Singapore island mostly within walking distance to MRT stations. Our tenants are mainly professionals from National and Multi National Corporations as well as university students.
Our in-depth knowledge of property owners’ psychology and tenants’ cultural diversity help bridge any gaps. We promote humility, grace, health, peace and trust.
In spite of a new start-up in 2022, SMILE RAIN has strong aspiration to contribute to Singapore’s post covid economic. After achieving our 1st target of becoming a GST company in 2025, our next step is to capture 5% room rental value by 2027, to sponsor Singapore 2028 NDP and 2029 SEA-game.
