Landlord (LL) Engagement Roadmap
1). LL shall WhatsApp 93860896 with a) condo name b) block and unit# c) when is available. SMILE RAIN will contact LL to view the unit together and discuss renovation plan and inventory list.
2). SMILE RAIN will meet LL to sign Tenancy Agreement (TA), transfer security deposit (SD), collect keys/access cards and pay the stamp duty.
3). SMILE RAIN will contact MCST to apply for a permit to start renovation. Upon completion, SMILE RAIN will walk landlord through the new unit if wanted.
4). SMILE RAIN will keep property owners updated on tenant profile also invite LL to participate in community events to meet up with tenants if wanted.
5). SMILE RAIN will provide weekly cleaning to each room and quarterly aircon services to keep the property at best state.
