Bathroom Etiquette

1. Be considerate and limit time use in bathroom
2. After showering, remove all dropped hair from the floor and drain cover, and rinse the shower area and floor immediately to avoid slippery
3. After using the toilet, flush thoroughly and clean up around it for people who will use it next
4. Only toilet paper is water-soluble and can be flushed down toilets, do not flush other trash such as hair, sanitary paper or other non-soluble papers to avoid blockages
5. After using bathroom basin, clean it, dry it and tidy it right after
6. If you take your toiletries into a shared bathroom, pack them up and put them away when you’re done

 

House Etiquette

1. Don’t slam doors and don’t talk or play audio too loud
2. When cooking food with strong smell, be watchful of others’ hanging laundry by closing the door and open the windows to air out the lingering smell afterwards
3. Clean up the kitchen after each use and chute down the garbage to avoid attracting cockroaches and other insects

 

House-rules inside Tenancy Agreement please read through before you sign

(a)         No guest visit after 9pm and no overnight stay allowed in full compliance with URA rules

(b)         No cooking allowed inside bedroom. No Chinese medicine, Curries, deep fry inside kitchen

(c)         No smoking, no bicycle, no shoe wearing, and no durian allowed inside the condo

(d)         If you had too many shoes, please leave only 2 outside and box up the rest & store them inside your own room.

(e)         Please Switch off all aircon, ceiling fan, water heater and lighting before leaving the house

(f)         Please clean up kitchen after each use to be respectful to the next user and avoid any hygiene issues

(g)         Please pick up your own hair after each shower and chute it down NOT flush it down toilet
